    Well there you have it… Nicole’s Ten, great food, beautiful atmosphere and friendly service. I would strongly suggest a visit for dinner or a drink at the bar. The restaurant is conveniently located and well worth the trip from anywhere in Morris County.

    For as long as she can remember, owner/executive chef Nicole Dabal of Nicole Ten in Randolph has been cooking.
Dabal realized the only thing she was truly passionate about was cooking.  “I wanted to do it (own a restaurant) before I was 30, and I did.” On April 15, 2008, her dream became a reality.

A young chef reaches for a dream

    It’s not just the steaks at Nicole’s Ten that are a cut above the rest. It’s the whole restaurant.
“All of our fish and meats are delivered fresh and prepared daily,” she said. “We take pride in buying locally when possible and taking advantage of all the Garden State has to offer.”
“My dream was to own my own restaurant, before I was 30, and I did it.” Dabal said.  “I wanted to prove that young women in the restaurant business can reach for the stars  and actually grab hold of one.”
